Debra Jean Belle is a student at St. Louis Tech who aided Tweener in his escape.

Little is known about her family except the fact that her father is an Air Force Colonel.

After she posted ad requesting someone to share ride expenses with to Utah. Escaped convict Tweener, trying to recover Westmoreland's five million dollars, who hide his identity, accepts the ride to Utah with Debra Jean. Her initial suspicions of him wanes after she becomes infatuated with him. After both of them reveal their appreciation towards each other, Tweener told Debra Jean about his escape. Disappointed, Debra Jean later aids his escape by letting him take her car. Later, Tweener led Mahone's team of FBI, telling them that they're heading to the whereabout of Michael Scofield, to Debra Jean's house and apologize for hiding what he truly is. Frustrated, Mahone shot and murdered Tweener, and planted the gun to look like it's an accident when he is transporting Tweener.
