Charlie DuChamp is a US Marshall who works with Ray Zancanelli to capture criminals with other criminals, better known as the Breakout Kings. He works with Erica Reed, Sean Daniels, Lloyd Lowery and Ray to capture other criminals, however Erica Reed killed 5 people prior to the show.

Charlie pointed many guns at convitcs, but Bennett Ballester was his first on-screen victim. He was thus also the first main villain to die on-screen. Charlie also pointed a gun at Colburn, but he did shot himself in the head. Charlie's last kill was in the final episode, in which killed a henchman from Carmen Vega.

  • Bennett Ballester's death marks the first time that a Breakout Kings member kills someone on-screen in real time.
    • Erica did kill her victims off-screen (4) and 1 on-screen in flashback.
  • The unnamed man who was killed by Charlie isn't listed at the Breakout Kings Headquarters.

  1. The busdriver never planned to kill him, but the group of Breakout Kings member attempted to do this. That's the reason why it is count as kill.
