- Max killed the most people in an openings scene with 4 and all 4 deaths were off-screen in prison, but their body's were seen on-screen.
- Max Morris is the last Breakout Kings main villain who killed someone in the openings scene on-screen.
- Despite being called Max Morris in the episode, which is canon, the sypnosis called him Max Doyle.
- Max Morris is the third Breakout Kings main villain from season 2 who visits the Breakout Kings Headquarters. The first one was Travis Muncey and the second person was Rodney Cain. In season 1 it were Theodore Bagwell, Joe Ramsey, Andre Brennan, Virgil Downing and Carmen Vega.
- Max is also the only main villain who was brought in, got outside, got back in the Headquarters, got back outside the Headquarters, got back in the Headquarters, got again brought outside and brought for one last time being brought back to the Headquarters, making his visit count with a total of 4 in returning to the Headquarters.
- Max is also the only person Julianne Simms was supposed to kill so far. It also marks the second time that Julianne has something to do with a supposed death in the Headquarters, the others time are in Fun with Chemistry with ... and Where in the World is Carmen Vega, where Mike Colburn was taking suicide.

- Both the people who attempted to kill him; Lloyd and Julianne would be later ended up as couple.
