David Martin, better known as Whip, is a main character in Prison Break. He was an associate of Michael Scofield in 21 Void, and the son of Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell. Scofield had Poseidon recruit him, and refers to him as "Whip" or his "Whip Hand".

Biography[]
Season 5[]
Whip has been working with Scofield for a number of years in a CIA project; previously the pair broke out of prisons in Myanmar, Colombia and Egypt.
He is a cellmate of Michael Scofield while they are incarcerated in Ogygia Prison. He was incarcerated because he got in a bar fight.
After escaping from Ogygia with Scofield, Ja, Sid, and Abu Ramal, the latter attempted to use ISIL to kill the others. While Scofield was threatened with beheading, Whip grabbed Ramal's knife and forced it into his stomach.
In Ithaca, Whip discovers T-Bag is his father, and works with him, Scofield, Lincoln, and Sara in an effort to defeat Poseidon and rescue Michael Scofield Jr.. In the process, A&W shoots and kills him.
