Short after Banerjee's assassination in a luxourious Miami's hotel this man and his SWAT Team surrounded the building to track down the presumed murderers, Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield. He participated to launch tear gas in the floors of the hotel and was but, along his partner was trap by Scofield and injured by an artisanal bomb who sent them to the floor, uncounscious his uniform was steal by Scofield and his brother to escape the hotel.
